Please Pray For...

• teachers, administrators, and staff at SCCS.
• families, those who send children to our school and those who contemplate sending their children to our school; in a time of economic decline where parents may consider whether Christian education is worth the cost. Pray for renewed commitment to Christian education, for students returning next year and for new students. Pray a prayer of thanksgiving for our Christian staff as they witness through their actions as teachers, coaches, bus drivers, administrators, secretaries, janitors, etc. Pray, too, for God's direction, guidance, and peace as we contemplate and discuss long range plans.
• our finances and the world economy.
• Richard "Lesch" Leschman from Alsip VFW Post 450 who has a serious infection and poor prognosis.
• Linda DeCavitch who has a malignant tumor again and is pregnant.  Pray for protection over Linda and the baby during her surgery and a successful recovery.
